The Absent-Minded Mother

In the last hour I have opened my laptop at least 5 times..... here is an example of how each time has gone:

First we start at MSN.com.... stupid news, funny news, sad news.... what was I doing? I got on here for something....... Wonder if anyone responded to my facebook post..... haha..... lots of replies.... that's nice..... aww.... the animal shelter got new kittens in.... share. Friend posted good article on health topic, take a few minutes to read....... I got on here for something.... check email...... junk, junk, junk....... check the bank account..... no..... no that's not why I got on here...... check the homeschool and mom forums for replies..... eh..... slow week.... I got on here for a reason..... Kids need help, shut laptop, walk away..... oh yeah! That's what I was going to do...... help girls, sit down, open laptop...... repeat.......


All this effort because I wanted one simple thing, to get on pinterest and pull up this:

Really, brain?? Really?? Was that so hard?? It's going to be a long day........

Update: This craft isn't even worth it! It's too hard to get the wings in. I ended up tearing apart most of the tube to get them through! Ugh!!
