Doctor Who is top on our DVR, can't wait for the new episodes to start. I'm a new Whovian. People had been telling me how wonderful it was for some time, but I kept dragging my feet on it. The bits and pieces I used to catch of the early versions were not impressive to me. Now, I'm hooked. So, that got me to thinking what other gems I may be missing out on. What are your favorite shows? Why do you love them so much?
These are some of the shows we watch:
Big Bang Theory: How can you not enjoy watching people deal with a dysfunctional person?
Supernatural: The best thing is, when a character dies, you don't just suspect they'll come back to life like the soap operas, you know they will.
Castle: Just so I can remember my Captain on a weekly basis.
Once Upon a Time: Take all the traditional Disney characters, put them in a box, shake well and throw them into the real world. How can you beat that?
Grimm: The same feel as Supernatural, but less goofy and no religious base to the plot.
So, what do you watch and what would you say to get someone else to watch it?
