I liked this. Chris was 'meh' about it. It's an easy crockpot recipe. I don't tend to like recipes you have to add to and cook longer. Probably not a repeat since Chris is a lasagna purest, but I thought it was good and worth a mention.

This bread tastes fabulous, even without the fancy spices it tells you to add. I mean we all have generous amounts of saffron just laying around their kitchen, right? *eye roll here* It was a little thinner than I'm used to bread being so I added more flour. It may just be me. I could have lost count when adding the flour. That happens when you have so many helpers. Tamarin has helped me eat half a loaf today.
I liked this recipe. I will be adding this to my regular rotation. Chris was 'meh' on it... probably because it's ground turkey. I bet, for him, this ranks somewhere just above or below turkey bacon which is a dirty word in this house.
I got the impression Chris enjoyed these. They were missing a kick in my opinion, but something I would be willing to repeat.
Only new dessert this week. The link is correct, it's about half way down the post. I thought it was better before chilling. I used my cookie scoop to fill cupcake liners instead of mason jars. Much more kid friendly :)
And the winner for this week is:
This is tonight's dinner. Chris isn't home yet so I don't know what he will think of it, but I think it's fabulous! Took longer to cook, but I used a drained can of normal corn and a can of rotel. I'm sure that's why.
Update to say Chris was impressed with this recipe too. One of the best ones I've found on pinterest.
