It's days like this I smile when my children get too loud. When they run across the house pounding their feet so they wake up the baby. When they ask for ice cream and cake for dinner. Yes, you may. May this house never be quiet. May this house always be chaotic. May my children flourish and outlive me.

 And may my husband never be this close to a tornado ever again.
